(Italian Ice Cream)

"We are artisan gelato makers committed to the art of handcrafted italian ice cream."

Made on-site. Selections vary daily.

Gelato is the italian word for ice cream but it is different in several ways. It is dense, creamy, and intensely flavored due to less air being mixed in and it has a lower fat content: 1% to 8% compared to premium ice cream which is at least 15% fat.

We also make Sorbetto (sorbet or sherbet). Sorbetto is made with fruit and water, contains no dairy and is usually fat-free.

Hand-crafted Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream, made on-site using premium, all natural ingredients.

Creamy rich milkshakes, made to order.
